Simple Sapphire Refund & Return Policy
At Simple Sapphire, every product is made especially for you — many of our items are created through trusted print-on-demand partners such as Printify and Printful.
Because each product is custom-printed to order, we follow specific guidelines to ensure a fair and smooth process for everyone.
30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or report an issue.
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.

It must be in its original packaging (or equivalent).

You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation.
How to Start a Return or Report an Issue
Please email simplesapphire302@gmail.com with:

Your order number

A clear photo of the item and packaging (if applicable)

A short description of the issue
⚠️ Do not return any items before contacting us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
Damaged, Defective, or Printing Errors
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Once verified:

We will issue a replacement at no cost, or
-
Offer a refund or store credit if a replacement is not possible.
In most cases, you will not need to send the defective item back, in line with Printify’s and Printful’s quality assurance policies.
Photo proof of the issue is required for review.
Wrong Size, Color, or Change of Mind
Because each item is custom-made to order, returns or exchanges for size, color, or buyer’s remorse are not supported by our print providers.
However, we understand mistakes happen — please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to offer a discounted reorder, partial refund, or store credit at our discretion.
Wrong Address, Unclaimed, or Refused Packages
If an order is returned due to:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address,

Refusal by the recipient, or

Customs or delivery issues,
you may request reshipment (new shipping fees apply).
If not reshipped, we may offer store credit or a partial refund once the package is returned to our facility.
International Orders & Return Costs
For international orders:

Return shipping costs are typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or misprinted.

Because international shipping can be expensive, Simple Sapphire may offer a partial refund or store creditinstead of requiring a physical return for low-value items.

Processing times may vary by country.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

Custom or personalized products

Personal care or hygiene items (beauty products, cosmetics)

Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

Gift cards and sale items
Exchanges
To exchange an item, complete the return request first.
Once approved, you can place a new order for the desired item or size.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks or card providers may take extra time to process the refund.

Store Credit & Partial Refunds
If your item is returned undamaged within 30 days or if international shipping costs exceed the product value, you may be eligible for:

Partial Refund + Store Credit
