All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

🖤 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please contact the shipping carrier first.
If the issue remains unresolved, email us at support@simplesapphire.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help file a claim or reissue your order if eligible.
